The legendary Brenda Fassie, Bongani, has lost the shadow of his mother for years and now has the opportunity to tell his story on his own reality show.
The long-awaited first season of “Finding Bongani” will premiere on June 5th at 8:30 pm on DStv channel 157 Moja Love.
A must-see reality show in the life of a pop singer’s posthumous award-winning musician and producer, his battle in life, and his musical career.
The channel unveiled its next reality show on Twitter, sharing an emotional teaser for the upcoming season with a confession from media personality Kri Roberts.
“We should be grateful that he is where he is and has not committed suicide,” Roberts confessed.

Bongani was only 17 years old when her mother died of an overdose of cocaine. According to reports, he was expelled from society to protect himself.
One of the major battles he faced as an only child was to protect his mother’s biographical rights.
He finally won the battle in court in 2019 with Brenda’s former manager and producer Sero “Chiko” Towara.
