Even on a day when his former side Manchester City were at stake to win the English Premier League against rivals Liverpool, another of his former teams, Mario Balotelli would not be outshone.
The Italian striker pulled off a wonderful ‘Rabona’ finish with seven step-overs for Turkish club Adana Demirspor, who can only be described as early contenders for the FIFA Puskas Award.
Incredibly, Balotelli scored five goals in Demirspor’s win over Goztepe on Sunday, but it was his fifth of the league that drew the most social media crush.
The 31-year-old was called up to the Italy national team earlier this year for the 2022 World Cup qualifiers, in which the European champions failed to qualify for Qatar.
