DBNGogo’s new video is a homage to Mpura

Amapiano artist DBN Gogo’s new video “Khuza Gogo” is a homage to her late friend Mpura.

Mupla was involved in a head-on collision in August, killing four other Amapiano artists. The five young men were on their way to a performance in Rustemberg when they encountered a fatal accident.

Since their death, many South African artists have paid homage to the deceased artists, including Lady Du.

Lady Du praised Sakhile’Killer Kau’ Hlatshway and Mongezi’Mpura’ Stuurman with tattoos. Before he died, the 26-year-old collaborated with DBN Gogo on Khuza Gogo.

Jam features new videos from other SA artists, MasterBlaq, Blaqnick, Ama Avenger, and MJ DBN Gogo, along with shots of fans in black.

She asked her fans to join in black and pitch up at the Edenbert Sports Club, where she was filming the video scene.

The number of fans increased and Mupra’s younger brother Sam was in the crowd.

DBN Gogo has been featured on the Spotify Billboard in Times Square and has had a good year so far. She has also appeared on the British Amapiano Tour in September.

When a music video is expected to drop, the artist is not sharing.
