Last week, Carl Niehaust, a former spokesman for the Umkhonto weSizwe Military Veterans Association, was fired from the association’s three-day conference after his virus test was positive.
He had no proof of vaccination and no test results.
Niehaus was said to have been able to attend the conference practically from his home later.
Ngcukayitobi did not explain whether the conference of his choice would organize the digital connection of the delegates.

He suggested that the meeting take place practically on Wednesday night.
Ngcukayitobi also wanted to urgently draw the attention of NEC officials to the ANC offices of WB Rubusana (Buffalo City) and Chris Hani, which are under investigation.
The agenda includes the voting rights of persons with cases pending before the National Appeals Committee at the conference.
Ngcukayitobi said Mashatile had been asked for the office of secretary-general for some time to clarify the matter.
