Eritrea: Students from the Southern Region arrive in Sawa

Students from 26 Middle Schools in the Southern Region arrived in Sawa today, July 25, to continue their 12th grade education at Warsai-Yikealo School in Sawa and to take part in the 35th round of military service.

According to the branch of the Ministry of Education in the region, 49% of students leaving for Sawa are girls.

The students said they were physically and psychologically ready to go to Sawa to continue their 12th grade education and carry out their national obligations.

After leaving their respective schools, the students were escorted by their parents and friends.

Please note that grade 11 students from the Northern Red Sea Region, Anseba and Gash Barka left for Sawa on July 12, students from the Central Region on July 16 and 20, and students from the Southern Red Sea Region on July 22.
