Themba Godi was re-elected President of the African People’s Convention (APC) for the third time since its inception in 2007 to lead the party.
Enerst Hlathi and Mandla Mokoena have also retained their positions as Vice President and Treasurer respectively.
The APC is currently holding its Electoral Congress in Giyani, Limpopo.
The party was founded by Themba Godi after he left his position as Deputy President of the Pan-Africanist Congress of Azania by changing floors.
Godi left the PAC with a provincial representative from the Eastern Cape, Zingisa Nkhabile and Malesela Ledwaba from Gauteng.
The party retained its seat in Parliament in the 2014 general election, but lost it in the 2019 election.
Sonwabile Ngonini, former provincial leader of the Eastern Cape, was elected the new leader of the party.
The conference will conclude on Monday.
