Khayelitsha residents say repeated killings make them unwell – SABC News

Residents of Khayelitsha in Cape Town say that murders are becoming more common in the area and are not uncommon.

The next one a recent bomb blast that killed six people in the countryside of Enkanini.

Three unknown assailants shot dead victims in Lindela Road.

The victims, two women and four men, were estimated to be between 22 and 27 years old.

The 35-year-old suspect was arrested and will appear in another court at 4 p.m.th of April.

Andile Hombana, a resident, says: “The gunfire in our house was shocking. I called myself back to the bed. I do not know what happened. When I went outside, I saw many corpses lying on the ground. We are saddened by what has happened but we are still shocked. ”
