KwaZulu-Natal police are investigating a murder case after a a pupil was fatally delayed in front of a school In Pinetown, west of Duran.
A 16-year-old student is said to have stabbed his fellow student in the abdomen after an after-school quarrel.
Police spokeswoman Nqobile Gwala said: “A 15-year-old boy is said to have been stabbed in the abdomen after an oral quarrel. The 15-year-old man was then taken to hospital, where he later died, and the 16-year-old suspect was arrested. The knife used to commit the crime was seized by police. The suspect will be on trial next week. ”

The Ministry of Education of the Free State has called for rest at Wessel Maree High School in Odendaalsrus after suspending a teacher.
This happened after a video was released in which the teacher forcibly pushed a student. A spokesman for the ministry, Howard Ndaba, said an investigation had been launched into the case.
According to the Ndaba, the class condemns acts of violence, harassment, corporal punishment and racism in schools.
