Minister Dlamini-Zuma and Prime Minister Zikalala address local government Indaba in Durban – SABC News

The Minister for Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (CoGTA), Dr. Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma, and KwaZulu-Natal Prime Minister Sihle Zikalala are expected to address the local government’s Indaba in Durban on Tuesday.

The two are expected to address mayors and senior community officials.

The gathering is being held because some municipalities in the province have not fully utilized their grant funds.

Three municipalities in the province, including Inkosi Langalibalele, Nquthu and uMkhanyakude, received a disclaimer – the Auditor General’s worst audit opinion.

uKhahlamba in the Bergville area, King Cetshwayo District and uMhlathuze in Richards Bay received impeccable test results.
