A newly found motivated attitude has been described in detail by Mamelodi Sundowns chairman Tlopie Motsepe.

“I can say that Sipho Mbule is here right now [at Chloorkop] trained while the rest of the team took a well-deserved break, so I think his mentality already says he wants to make a good impression on his teammates and coaches, his thoughts are already going in that direction,” Motsepe continued at Chloorkop Thursday as quoted by iDiski times.

“But it’s not the job of the chairman to make a player think a certain way or take the club seriously, it starts from within, it starts with the player. We also have an incredible group of veteran players like Denis Onyango, Kennedy Mweene, you know – who’ve seen players come in and have stuck with that culture.

“I think a great example of a player who has embraced this incredible culture and is a shining light is Andile Jali. Look how he played this season and before he arrived there were some statements and reflections on where he would end up and how he would survive.

“So we’re very excited to see where the club is going and our coaches are the keepers of the culture of this football club and they’ve done a great job so far.”
