SCENERY PARK – Members of Parliament’s Portfolio Committee for Women, Youth and People with Disabilities say the owners of Enyobeni Tavern have collapsed.
MPs visited the site on Tuesday where 21 young people died last weekend.

The cause of death has not yet been revealed.
However, MP Nonhlanhla Ndaba said early indications suggested the owners were definitely not following liquor regulations.
“You can see it’s very dirty, it’s a small place… As it is, it’s getting more crowded and it’s unhealthy.”
