The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) has said it opposes the bail of 30-year-old Suretha Brits after her husband Leon Brits was killed in Pofadder, Northern Cape.
Leon’s body was found in the pool last October. There were some puncture wounds.
Three men were arrested, one in a judicial deal with the state.
The British were arrested last month and charged with murder, robbery and perjury.
Mojalefa Senokoatsane of NPA said: The case has been postponed to April 29 and 30 due to the continuation of the bail hearing, “says Senokoatsane.
The British are in custody.
