At the Annual Activity Evaluation Meeting on January 4th and 5th, the Eritrean Youth Student Union evaluated the progress of the implementation of the 2021 program and developed a new strategic work plan.

At the conference, the Eritrean Youth Students Union said that the youth branch of schools and universities did an effective job in organizing awareness campaigns, seminars and training.

Participants discussed the activity reports presented and adopted various recommendations.

In his closing speech, the Union Chair, Saleh Armedin, showed that the Union is developing various strategic plans to fully implement its vision and objectives. He said the new strategic work plan has been adopted in connection with the current era, and Mr. Sale called for strong participation in partners and society.

In his speech, PFDJ’s head of political affairs, Jemane Gebreab, noted that strengthening bilateral and regional relations with neighboring countries is one of 2022’s largest programs. , Asked NUEYS to prioritize and organize the program. The view is to strengthen relations with the Horn of Africa youth organization.

Mr. Yemane also emphasized the priority of human resources development and informed the union to implement the program in consideration of the increased participation and contribution of young people to the diaspora.
