Tamarin green UMEMBESO dress
Doctor and ex-Miss South Africa on Sunday, October 10 Tamarin Green shared a photo of ZeNxumalo’s umembeso ceremony with her.. That day she wore two different clothes.
The first outfit was the red gown of fashion brand Natalia Jeffreys. The second outfit was a beautiful bright blue traditional dress she credited to Scalo.

In an Instagram post that was subsequently deleted, Bayanda Khathini shared a request that his lawyer sent to Sello Medupe in Scalo. The request states that Khathini is the creator of the dress and is entitled to copyright protection.
“Our client discovered this design breach when former Miss SA Tamarin Green appeared on social media for her Umenbeso ceremony. As the creator of his (work), I Our clients have the right to copyright protection that he does not need to register, “read the excerpt from the request.
“His work is original and recorded in material form, so protection occurs automatically,” the letter continued.
The letter also demanded that Scaro remove the tamarin dress photo from his Instagram account and other social media platforms where the dress was posted.

KHANTINI has been dragged to Instagram
Khathini seems to have removed the request from Instagram after his followers thought he was wrong.
“It’s not completely fair. It’s not the same as the design we did before. The beadwork layout is different. The beads themselves are different. The dress pattern is different. The only similarity is that the evening dress It’s about meeting traditional (beaded) designs, “Commented Instagrammer.
“Maybe the client brought a picture of your dress as an inspiration. But not all SA designers can’t have an evening dress with beaded bodice. This is a standard design. That’s why. Anyway, trust the legal system for fair judgment, “continued Instagrammer.
Another Instagrammer thought Khathini was “stretching” it.
“I love your work … but you’re stretching it to think and state that you really produced this style of beaded gown. Good luck with your legal demands – your birth You can draw an entire archive of similar styles / created works prior to … really so, “commented another Instagrammer.
