Premedia said it had decided to terminate the duo’s contract for the best interests of their business.

In a statement released shortly after the allegations were filed, DJ Fresh and Euphonic denied the allegations, saying they were hurt.

In mid-January, Fresh and Euphonik were suspended after the duo signed with Primedia Broadcasting.
