Another level 2 yellow warning for wind and waves in the North and West Cape has been issued since Saturday.

“Strong gale force is expected in the northwest to the west wind with gusts of up to 75km / h, associated with an approaching cold front, along the coast between Saldanha Bay and Cape Ahulhas on Saturday morning, easing in the evening,” said the weather. service.

“In addition, significant waves to the south-west of 4.5 to 6m are expected in the same area, spreading to Alexander Bay by Saturday evening, lowering by Sunday afternoon. These conditions could lead to disturbance at sea. ”
