Syrian national media reported early Thursday that Syrian air defenses stopped Israeli attacks on the Homs arcsail region. Syrian military sources said in a statement that there were serious damages from the strike and no casualties.
The Israeli army said there was no comment.
On Monday, Syria said it intercepted the attack on Aleppo.
Homs is adjacent to Lebanon, and Iran-backed Shiite Hezbollah groups in Lebanon are rocking along steep borders.
Western intelligence said Israel’s enhanced strike on Syria since last year is part of a shadow war approved by the United States.
Strikes are also part of anti-Iranian policy that has undermined Iran’s widespread military power without launching a significant increase in hostilities over the past two years.
