The rape case of DJ Fresh and Euphonik was dropped for the second time after the National Attorney’s Office (NPA) refused to prosecute.
On Sunday, May 29, City Press reported that case documents had been returned to police after the alleged victim said the case was reopened in February.
According to the NPA, the case is closed and the case has never been recorded.
Due to the second termination of his case, the alleged victim, identified only by Twitter handle @ Nampree, said he was expecting nothing more.
“It simply came to our notice then. I said it would be the result. If you send the same document that is rejected and you do not correct or remove the lie written by an unknown PI in Botswana, Tabang Kotsed, what do you expect? Yes, I named it. ”
The alleged victim in his case was again released
He alleges his case was sabotaged by a “fake police officer” and names Kotsedi as a shadowy private investigator who entered the police station and removed his case.
The case was initially dismissed in September 2021 due to insufficient evidence.
