Jacob Zuma Foundation spokesman Mzwanele Manyi says the Foundation’s caretaker, former president Jacob Zuma will report to the judge and chairman of the Capture Commission, Raymond Zondo at the hands of the judiciary.
Sperm responds to the release of five-six episodes state arrest warrant on Wednesday. In the report, Zondo said former National Commissioner for Rehabilitation, Arthur Fraser Zuma was given a medical license against the advice of the health parole department last year. This followed Zuma’s imprisonment for contempt of court by the Constitutional Court when he refused to continue appearing before the Commissioner.
Manyi says the case will be heard in the Supreme Court of Appeal in August and therefore should not be made public.
“In a statement of nonsense and nonsense from the Zondo judge, former President Jacob Zuma has asked his team of lawyers and others to report the Zondo chief justice to the judiciary. within the next week or two. “CJ Zondo is on the record saying that Mr Fraser was commissioned by the national commissioner for reform, which means Zuma, to sue the hospital under the condition of suspicion.”
Manyi has called the legitimacy of the State Capture Commission into question. Manyi says the commission’s formation is illegal as former chief justice Mogoeng Mogoeng has appointed deputy chief justice, Raymond Zondo as chairman.
Former Public Defender Thuli Madonsela suggested in 2016 that his state arrest warrant be released.
Mzwanele Manyi denied the allegations made by Commissioner Zondo:
The findings of the various volumes of the committee’s report have involved Zuma in supporting the Guptas’ takeover of the State.
Zondo gave President Cyril Ramaphosa five-and-a-half part of the state arrest report on Wednesday.
