Gauteng:

Temperature: Partly cloudy and cool to warm with isolated showers and thunderstorms.

The expected UVB sunburn index: Extreme.

Mpumalanga:

Temperature: Morning fog patches over western Highveld, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm with isolated showers and thunderstorms, except in the Lowveld where it will be hot in places.

Limpopo:

Temperature: Partly cloudy and warm with isolated showers and thunderstorms in the Western Bushveld.

North West Province:

Temperature: Cloudy to the south at first with patches of fog, otherwise fine and warm becoming partly cloudy in the afternoon. Isolated showers and thunderstorms are expected in the far east.

Free State:

Temperature: Cloudy in the central parts early with patches of fog, otherwise fine and warm, becoming partly cloudy in the afternoon. Isolated showers and thunderstorms are expected in the far northeast.

North Cape:

Temperature: Cool along the coast with morning fog over the far northwest, otherwise fine and warm to warm but partly cloudy in the east.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be cool to strong from the southeast

Western Cape:

Temperature: Cloudy with fog in places along the coast in the morning, otherwise fine and cool to warm but warm in the northeast. The weather will be partly cloudy on the south coast by the afternoon

Wind: Winds along the coast will be light and variable east of Cape Agulhas, otherwise cool to strong from the southeast but light to moderate south of Betty’s Bay by mid-morning.

Eastern Cape:

Western halfTemperature: Cloudy in parts to the south in the morning and afternoon, otherwise fine and warm.

Western half – Wind: Winds along the coast will be light northwesterly in the morning, otherwise southeasterly.

Eastern halfTemperature: Partly cloudy along the coastal area in the morning and evening, otherwise fine and warm, becoming partly with isolated thunderstorms in the afternoon in the northeast.

Eastern halfWind: Winds along the coast will be moderate from the southwest, becoming light and variable in the evening.

Kwazulu-Natal:

Temperature: Morning fog covers the interior, otherwise partly cloudy and warm with isolated afternoon showers and thunderstorms in the west.

Wind: Winds along the coast will be mild at first from the north north of Richards Bay, otherwise moderate from the southwest.
