Wilfried Zaha scored a last-minute winner as Crystal Palace secured a 2-1 win from behind in Southampton in the Premier League on Saturday.
With the game seemingly headed for a tie, substitute Zaha snagged a pass from James McArthur on the edge of the box in the second minute of added time and pushed in a fine low finish.
Earlier, the hosts took the lead in the ninth minute through Oriol Romeu when the Spaniard headed home from a James Ward-Prowse corner before Palace’s Conor Gallagher squandered a great chance to equalize minutes later when he missed his free header wide .
Eberechi Eze, who looked menacing for Palace in the first half, leveled the game after the hour with a deflected left-footed shot to Fraser Forster, who had fisted away a dangerous Jordan Ayew cross minutes earlier.
Palace are 12th in the standings on 41 points, one ahead of Southampton in 15th.
