The Zulu king named Misuzulu KaZwelithini called for unity within the Zulu nation.

NONGOMA – The Zulu king named Misuzulu KaZwelithini has called for unity within the Zulu nation.

The named king spoke at a prayer session held on Saturday to commemorate his parents who died last year.

Saturday marked a year since the late King Zwelithini succumbed to COVID-19.

KaZwelithini addressed those who came together to respect the life of his late father, but did not forget his mother, Queen Mantfombi Dlamini Zulu.

The named king used his address to call for unity in honor of his late father.

Zulu also thanked the nation for supporting the Royal Household during a difficult time of mourning.

Another event will take place in Durban on Sunday in tribute to the late king.
